Cancel / Change Order Policy

At Psipsistar, we understand that customers may occasionally need to update or cancel an order after it has been placed. Because our fulfillment team works quickly to prepare and ship orders, requests for modifications or cancellations are time-sensitive.
This policy explains how order changes and cancellations are handled, what happens once an order enters processing, and what customers can expect throughout the process. We encourage customers to review their order carefully before completing checkout and to contact us immediately if assistance is needed.
Order Changes
If you need to update your order after it has been submitted, please contact our customer support team as soon as possible. We will make every reasonable effort to accommodate your request before fulfillment begins.
Depending on the order status, changes may include:
- Updating the shipping address.
- Correcting customer contact information.
- Adjusting product quantities.
- Changing product variants when inventory is available.
- Removing items from an order before processing.
Because our warehouse begins preparing orders quickly, requested modifications cannot be guaranteed. Once processing has started, many changes may no longer be possible.

Cancellation Window
Orders may be cancelled only before they enter our fulfillment process. Since most orders begin processing within 1 business day, cancellation requests should be submitted immediately after the order is placed.
Our daily processing cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday. Requests received before processing begins have the greatest chance of being approved.
Although we always try to assist customers whenever possible, we cannot promise that every cancellation request will be successful due to the speed of our fulfillment operations.
Processed Orders
Once an order has entered processing, our warehouse team begins preparing the shipment for carrier pickup. During this stage, products may already be packaged, labeled, or transferred to shipping personnel.
Orders that have entered processing generally cannot be modified or cancelled. Likewise, once a package has been handed to the shipping carrier, it is no longer possible for us to stop the shipment.
If you no longer wish to keep a processed order after delivery, you may review our Return & Refund Policy to determine whether the purchase qualifies for a return.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information entered during checkout is complete and accurate.
If you notice an incorrect shipping address, misspelled recipient name, missing apartment number, or other delivery error, please notify us immediately. We will attempt to update your order before processing begins.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, address changes may no longer be possible. Incorrect or incomplete shipping information may result in delivery delays, failed deliveries, or returned packages.
Additional shipping charges may apply if an order must be shipped again because the original delivery information provided during checkout was inaccurate.
Refunds
If a cancellation request is successfully approved before processing begins, any authorized payment collected for the cancelled order will be refunded to the original payment method.
Approved refunds are generally processed within 10 business days. The exact time required for funds to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider.
There is no restocking fee for approved cancellations that qualify for a refund.
If cancellation is no longer possible because the order has already entered fulfillment or has been shipped, refund eligibility will instead follow the conditions described in our Return & Refund Policy.
Replacement Orders
If your requested order modification cannot be completed because fulfillment has already begun, placing a new order may be the fastest way to receive the desired product.
Examples include:
- Ordering a different color or style.
- Selecting another size or variation.
- Purchasing an additional quantity.
- Correcting a product selection made during checkout.
Availability of replacement products depends on current inventory at the time the new order is submitted.
Customer Responsibilities
To help avoid delays and ensure the most accurate order fulfillment, customers are encouraged to carefully review every order before completing checkout.
Please verify the following information:
- Recipient name.
- Shipping address.
- Email address.
- Selected products.
- Product quantities.
- Chosen product options or variations.
- Payment information before submission.
Prompt communication is especially important if you discover an error after placing your order. Contacting us immediately provides the best opportunity to make changes before fulfillment begins.
Customers should also monitor order confirmation emails and shipment notifications to ensure all information remains accurate throughout the fulfillment process.
