This Shipping & Delivery Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and delivered. Please review the information below before completing your purchase so you know what to expect throughout the fulfillment process.
Every order is carefully prepared by our fulfillment team to help ensure your selected bags arrive safely and in excellent condition. We strive to process orders promptly while maintaining quality checks before shipment.
Order Processing
Orders are processed during our regular business operations after payment has been successfully authorized. Most orders are prepared for shipment within 1 business day.
Processing includes order verification, product inspection, quality control, secure packaging, and preparation for carrier pickup. Orders placed after our daily cut-off time, on weekends, or during business closures will begin processing on the next available business day.
Although we work efficiently to ship every order as quickly as possible, processing times may occasionally be extended during periods of unusually high order volume or unforeseen operational circumstances. If a significant delay occurs before shipment, we will notify you whenever possible.
Shipping Time
Once your order has been processed and handed to the shipping carrier, delivery typically takes between 2 and 6 business days. Actual delivery dates may vary depending on your destination, local carrier operations, weather conditions, and other transportation factors.
Please note that business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or public holidays observed by shipping carriers.

The delivery estimates above are intended as general guidelines. Actual arrival dates may differ depending on the carrier's routing, destination accessibility, and seasonal demand.
Cut-off Time
Our daily order cut-off time is 5:00 PM (EST), Monday through Friday.
Orders placed before the cut-off are generally included in the current business day's processing schedule. Orders submitted after the cut-off time will be processed beginning on the next business day.
Shipping Carriers
To provide dependable delivery throughout our service area, we work with trusted shipping providers, including:

- FedEx
The carrier used for your shipment may vary depending on destination, package size, logistical efficiency, and service availability.
Tracking Orders
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number whenever tracking is available.
Tracking information may take up to 24–48 hours after shipment before updates become visible on the carrier's website. During this period, your package may already be moving through the carrier's network even if no tracking events have appeared yet.
We encourage customers to monitor tracking regularly to stay informed about delivery progress.
Delivery Delays
While we strive to meet our estimated delivery windows, certain circumstances beyond our control may occasionally delay shipments. These may include severe weather, transportation disruptions, carrier capacity limitations, natural disasters, address verification issues, or temporary service interruptions.
If your tracking information indicates an unexpected delay, we recommend allowing a little additional time for the carrier to complete delivery. Most delayed shipments continue moving through the carrier's network and arrive successfully.
Lost Packages
If your package appears to be lost in transit or has not arrived after an extended period beyond the estimated delivery window, please contact us so we can help investigate the shipment.
We may work directly with the shipping carrier to determine the package status and identify an appropriate resolution whenever possible.
Incorrect Address
Please review your shipping information carefully before submitting your order. Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If an incorrect or incomplete address is provided, shipping delays or failed deliveries may occur. If you notice an error immediately after placing your order, please contact us as soon as possible. While we will do our best to assist, address changes cannot be guaranteed once processing or shipment has begun.
Returned Packages
Packages returned by the carrier due to an incorrect address, unsuccessful delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, or other carrier-related reasons may require additional handling before they can be reshipped.
If your package is returned to our fulfillment facility, we will contact you to discuss available options. Additional shipping charges may apply when reshipment is requested because the original delivery information was inaccurate or incomplete.
Damaged Deliveries
We carefully inspect and package every order before shipment. If your package arrives visibly damaged, please inspect both the packaging and contents as soon as possible after delivery.
If you discover shipping damage, contact us promptly with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photographs showing the package and damaged item. This information helps us review the situation and determine the most appropriate resolution.
International Shipping
At this time, we only ship to addresses within our supported domestic shipping region. International shipping is not currently available.

Order Changes
If you need to modify your shipping address or other order details, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
Because orders are processed quickly, requested changes can only be accommodated before fulfillment has begun. Once an order has entered processing or has been shipped, modifications may no longer be possible.
Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests should be submitted as soon as possible after placing your order.
If the order has not yet entered processing, we will make every reasonable effort to cancel it. Once fulfillment has begun or the package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, cancellation requests can no longer be guaranteed.
